1.1. PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT "USE OF MY PRIVATE TIME" LAK01172026–71917P OF OLGA LAKSHA OF THE VEPS INDIGENOUS TRIBAL PEOPLE OF THE LAKSHA CLAN.
1.1.1. Any violation of my rights, or of the rights of others that affects my interests, shall be punished by all available means and at my discretion, without prejudice to me.
1.1.2. A living man or woman is liable only to the tribal court and to the court whose rights and powers have been granted by me, as a member of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan.
1.1.3. By virtue of the supreme natural law and the fundamental norms of international law, a living man and a living woman – including myself as the direct author of this public offer agreement and the representatives of our clan as its collective drafters – are endowed with the absolute dignity of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. Our lives and our inalienable rights are recognized as the highest inviolable value. All societies, international organizations, structures, institutions, and anyone else are obligated to unconditionally respect and protect this status in all jurisdictions, worlds, and spaces without exception.
1.1.4. Any violation of the rights and fundamental freedoms of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan is also subject to international and other legal instruments without a statute of limitations, and in particular the document "CHARTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL MILITARY TRIBUNAL FOR THE JUST AND PROMPT TRIAL AND PUNISHMENT OF THE MAJOR WAR CRIMINALS OF THE EUROPEAN AXIS," adopted in London on August 8, 1945. Anyone who violates the rights of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan is subject to immediate punishment for the crimes committed.
1.1.5. Upon termination of any prior oral or written agreements or contracts entered into with me, the party currently in a relationship with me must reimburse me for all funds I have invested in accordance with this public offer agreement.
1.1.6. In the event of a violation of my rights and legitimate interests, or in the event of consequences arising from a breach of contract, or in the event of damage, harm, or other expenses, costs, and losses incurred by me, forms of ownership, and other entities, the party that has violated my rights and legitimate interests shall pay me the amount invoiced, calculated based on the time directly or indirectly taken from me, at the rate of one ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-ninth) fine gold for each full or partial day of the violation. The amount of the debt is fixed and is payable immediately upon demand on the date of issuance of the notice, in physical gold or in a recognized monetary equivalent at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
1.1.7. By accepting my public offer, the accepting party agrees to comply with the terms and conditions and shall be liable for any breach of the contract, and shall reimburse me for all costs, expenses, and damages incurred by me for each full or partial day of my life in the amount of one ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-ninth) fineness. The amount of the debt is fixed and is payable immediately upon demand on the date of issuance of the notice, in physical gold or in a recognized monetary equivalent at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
1.1.8. In the event that any person, agent, organization, or artificial entity refuses to unconditionally accept this declaration of intent, regardless of whether a prior relationship exists, any current ties with the refusing party shall be immediately terminated.
1.1.9. The amount of compensation sought is strictly calculated for the entire period during which my life resources were effectively diverted. The calculation of the violator’s debt obligations for the misappropriation of my private time begins upon the discovery of the violation and the initiation of proceedings, and is definitively established on the date the official notice is sent. It is hereby imperatively established that every member of our family line who actually participates in the aforementioned proceedings is granted the absolute right to issue an invoice and collect from the violator full compensation for the diversion of their private time.

1.2.1.8. This public offer Agreement regarding the cooperation of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan with others is not subject to the authority of any state or any legislation – tax, civil, or otherwise – nor to the documents of any organization, until a written agreement is concluded with a state, organization, or other form of ownership or formation with a specific individual or individuals, or with anyone to whom other legislation would then apply.
1.2.1.9. The public offer Agreement with the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan is entirely autonomous, independent, and voluntary; all relationships arising therefrom and the consequences of any potential disputes regarding bad faith on the part of the parties shall be resolved by the parties exclusively in a tribal court, in independent, fair, and impartial courts, or in independently organized arbitration tribunals, or in independent arbitration tribunals located within the territory where the agreements, alliances, and other transactions are concluded, or in courts specified in the agreements by mutual consent of the parties.

1.2.1.12. Any creative activity undertaken by me, as the direct author of this public offer Agreement, and by the representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, as its collective drafters, is protected by the absolute immunity of the indigenous tribal people. We are unconditionally exempt from any financial enforcement actions imposed by any persons, corporations, or artificial entities. Any financial obligations on our part may arise exclusively through a conscious, voluntary contract. Any demands for payment of such claims, whether originating from persons, organizations, or entities interacting with us or not, are categorically rejected as groundless, legally void, and absolutely not subject to satisfaction. Any financial contribution or commercial exchange on behalf of us is made exclusively of our own free will based on a direct written contract and cannot be interpreted as submission to any jurisdiction. Our creative activities are aimed at generating benefits and strengthening general prosperity, which is carried out entirely without prejudice to our status of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan.
1.2.2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT.
1.2.2.1. This Agreement is entered into between the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, hereinafter referred to as the "Offeror," acting on the basis of their documents "Declaration of Self-Determination" and other expressions of will, on the one hand, and any other persons, hereinafter referred to as the "Offeree," on the other hand, regarding the following.

1.2.2.4. All informational materials made freely available regarding the proposed interaction are for reference purposes only and may not fully provide accurate information about the specific properties and characteristics of the Offer. 1.2.3. SUBMITTING A OFFER AND WITHDRAWING AN ACCEPTED OFFER.

The specific date and time of delivery of the Offered depends on the selected Offer, the delivery location, and the time required by the Offeror to process the Offer.
1.2.3.7. When submitting a remote Offer, the Offeror or an authorized representative of the Offeror contacts the Offeree to confirm receipt of the Offer and, if necessary, to clarify details regarding the Offer.

1.2.4.3. Ownership of the Offered and the risks of accidental damage or loss of the Offered are transferred to the Offeree from the moment the Offered is actually transferred to the Offeree.
1.2.5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF THE OFFERED.
1.2.5.1. The Offered may be received in one of the following ways:
– at the locations for the Offer and storage specified by the Offeror, as well as those agreed upon with the acquirer upon acceptance of the Offer or during the direct presentation of the Offer;
– by delivery of the Offered to the address specified by the Offeree when submitting the Offer. Delivery is made to the Offeree’s office, entrance, or home.
1.2.5.2. When ordering the Offered by the Offeree under the periods of delivery, the Offeror shall use all efforts to meet the delivery periods proposed proposed, specified, or agreed upon with the Offeree after the Offer is completed, without excluding causes that may arise and affect delivery deadlines in the form of unforeseen events and circumstances occurring not through the fault of the Offeror.
1.2.5.3. If the Offeror arranges delivery at the Offeree’s expense, the delivery cost is the agreed-upon amount, excluding any surcharges, and covers only the deliverer’s private time. The delivery cost of the Offered is determined in the specified exchange equivalent and does not include any surcharges, but only the costs associated with the time required for delivery.
1.2.5.4. The method and location of delivery of the Offered is specified by the Offeror when submitting the Offer.
1.2.5.5. Upon delivery of the Offered, the deliverer demonstrates to the Offeree or Recipient the condition and completeness of the Offered. If the Offered has any visible defects, the Offeree has the right to reject the Offered.

Upon receiving the Offered, the Offeree or Recipient receives the word of honor from the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan regarding the quality of the Offered, for which they vouch; and in the event of a clear defect, the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan will return the equivalent value of the exchange.
1.2.5.7. Once the Offered has been received by the Offeree or the Recipient, the Offeror does not accept any claims regarding the quality or completeness of the Offered, except for claims regarding the quality of the Offered that involves a hidden manufacturing defect.
1.2.5.8. The inspection of the Offered must be conducted without altering the original appearance or properties of the Offered.

Otherwise, the delivery will be postponed indefinitely.
1.2.5.12. In the event that delivery is made within the timeframe agreed upon by the parties but the Offered has not been transferred to the Offeree due to the Offeree’s fault, redelivery shall be made within a new timeframe agreed upon with the Offeror, provided that the Offeree reimburses the Offeror for the expenses related to redelivery.
1.2.5.13. If the Offeree refuses to accept the Offered delivered by the Offeror for reasons independent of the Offeror, the Offeree shall reimburse the Offeror for the equivalent cost of delivery; if the delivery cost was paid in advance, it shall not be refunded.

The Offeror’s obligation to transfer the Offered to the Offeree is considered fulfilled upon handing over the Offered to the Offeree at the designated transfer location. The Offeree is obligated to accept the Offered and remove it from the designated location within three calendar days from the date the Offer is issued. If the Offeree fails to receive the Offered within the specified time, the Offeror shall not be liable for any delay in transferring the Offered to the Offeree. When picking up the Offered, the Offeree must have a document proving their right to pick up the Offered or a document identifying them as the Offeree. In this case, the first name; middle name, father's name or grandfather’s name, if applicable, and last name of the actual recipient must match the registration details in the concluded Offer or those of the authorized persons specified in the note.
1.2.5.15. The delivery periods for the Offered under this Agreement may be modified by agreement of the parties.
1.2.5.16. In the event of circumstances for which the Offeror is not liable, or other circumstances preventing the timely delivery of the Offered, the Offeror has the right to unilaterally extend the specified period, of which they shall notify the Offeree via the phone number specified in the accepted Agreement and by sending a notification via email to the address provided during registration or when submitting the Offer.
1.2.6. PAYMENT – EQUIVALENT EXCHANGE OF THE OFFERED.
1.2.6.1. The Offeror offers the Offer, and the Offeree transfers to the Offeror the equivalent value of the Offered in the selected units – thus completing the exchange. The expense value of the Offered is determined by the Offeror, and the calculation information is made publicly available.
1.2.6.2. The expense cost for each item of the Offered is indicated in equivalent units of exchange, excluding added value and other surcharges.
1.2.6.3. The expense cost of the Offered may be unilaterally changed by the Offeror. However, the expense cost of the Offered for which an Offer agreement has been executed and for which the Offeree has made an advance payment in accordance with the procedure, timeframe, and terms set forth in this Agreement is not subject to change.
1.2.6.4. Payment for or exchange of the Offered, or its delivery to the Offeree, shall be made in equivalent units in the form and by the methods specified by the Offeror, either directly, in live, or through other agreed-upon methods.
1.2.6.5. The Offeror has the right to provide the Offeree or Recipient with discounts on the Offered, to establish a rewards program, and to give gifts. The types of discounts and gifts, as well as the procedures and conditions for accruing and providing rewards and gifts, are specified in the agreement or in other publicly available sources and may be changed by the Offeror unilaterally.
1.2.6.6. The Offeree’s payment obligations under the Offered are considered fulfilled upon receipt or transmission of equivalent units of exchange to the Offeror.
1.2.7. RETURN OF THE RECEIVED.
1.2.7.1. The quality and completeness of the Offered must comply with the requirements of the applicable technical regulations and legal acts of the manufacturer, enterprise, organization, cooperative, or other production forms.
1.2.7.2. The Offeror is obligated to deliver to the Offeree the Offered, which must fully comply with the Offeree’s wishes and whose quality must correspond to the information provided to the Offeree at the time the agreement was concluded, as well as to the information brought to his attention at the time the Offered was delivered.
1.2.7.3. The Offeree has the right to reject the Offered at any time prior to the execution of the receiving of the Offered.
1.2.7.4. Upon the acquisition of the Offered, the Offeree retains all rights guaranteed by the protection of the Offeree's rights.

The Offered and delivered may be accepted for return, by agreement with the Offeror, at the specified addresses – with the exception of the list of the Offered that is not eligible for exchange or return – which must be specified verbally or in the agreement. Upon return of the Offered in due quality, the Offeror shall be reimbursed for the equivalent value of the Offered.
1.2.7.6. Claims submitted by the Offeree to the Offeror – in the event that the offered does not conform to the description and specifications set forth by the Offeree in the agreement – shall be handled in accordance with the code of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan.

1.2.8.4. The Offeror is not responsible for the content or functioning of other sources of information related to their Offers that are not owned by them.
1.2.8.5. The Offeror is not liable for any losses incurred by the Offeree or the Recipient as a result of:
– providing inaccurate information when agreeing to the Offer under the agreement, including incorrect identification details;
– wrongful actions by anyone in relation to this Agreement.
1.2.8.6. The offeree bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the identification information provided at the time the agreement is concluded.
1.2.8.7. The parties shall be exempt from liability for the total or partial non-performance of their obligations if such non-performance resulted from force majeure circumstances arising after the effective date of this Agreement, as well as from extraordinary events that the parties could not have foreseen or prevented by reasonable means.
1.2.8.8. In the event of a non-performance or improper performance of the obligations under the Agreement, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the just and fair principles established by God Almighty.
1.2.8.9. Any disputes or disagreements that may arise in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. 1.2.8.11. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
1.2.8.12. The Offeror of the Offer has the right to reject or annul the Offer under the agreement and notify the Offeree of the Offer under the agreement thereof, to refuse an equivalent exchange of the Offered at the specified exchange value if such value resulted from a technical error or wrongful actions on the part of others.
1.2.8.13. In the event of a violation of the rights and lawful interests of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, a breach of the provisions of this Agreement, or the infliction of direct or indirect damage, harm, or other losses upon them, any of their forms of ownership, or their other entities and structures, the violating party shall unconditionally pay the indigenous Veps people of the Laksha clan indisputable compensation. The exact amount of liquidated damages is strictly assessed at the rate of one ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-nine) fine gold for each full or partial day from the moment the infringement is detected with respect to each affected member of the Laksha clan. 1.2.11.4.3. Under the local laws of the jurisdiction where the civil and other rights are located, matters may be resolved only with the written consent of the parties, in accordance with and as agreed by them.
1.2.11.4.4. If a decision on a disputed matter is unlawful, unfair, or biased, the aggrieved party may appeal again to the tribal tribunal, and the decisions and actions of officials from another jurisdiction shall be subject to investigation and punishment by the bodies, organizations, entities, associations, leagues, and other forms responsible for resolving the dispute.
1.2.11.4.5. The party that breaches the terms of the agreement or contract reimburses the other party for the cost of private time spent and other expenses based on an hourly rate of 1/10 (one-tenth) of an ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-nine) fine gold. The amount owed is fixed, non-negotiable, and requires immediate payment on the date of issuance of the notice in physical gold or in a recognized monetary equivalent at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
1.2.11.4.6. If punishment is required to prevent further violations of the rights of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, the aggrieved party shall determine the punishment, and the tribal tribunal shall review its appropriateness.
1.2.11.5. The following information should be included in the requisites for signing the agreement:
1.2.11.5.1. First name, last name, or as I specify;
1.2.11.5.2. Current location or contact address: country, state, region, etc.; district, locality – city, town, village, etc.; street, house number, apartment;
1.2.11.5.3. Contact information: phone number, email address, and others;
1.2.11.5.4. Autograph or signature;
1.2.11.5.5. Space for a personal seal or for a seal, abbreviated as: P.F.S., L.S., S.H., SEAL, and other notations.
1.3. MY PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT, "USE OF MY PRIVATE TIME," IN REGISTERS.
1.3.1. My public offer Agreement in the registers of Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. For additional protection and verification by other persons of my public offer Agreement, an entry has been made in the registry titled "Registry of records of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan" regarding the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–71917P, assigned the unique cipher CR–LAK00002.
Month, day, and year of entry of the record of the document in the registry: January seventeenth, two thousand and twenty-six (01.17.2026), according to the Gregorian calendar. Time: seven nineteen post meridiem. This entry, which includes the assignment of a unique cipher, is not mandatory and may or may not be included in various documents for the sake of ease of verification and reference in this section.
1.3.2. Information regarding my public offer Agreement may be entered into various registries solely for the purpose of interacting with various organizations, individuals, and all others.
1.3.3. When the interaction ends, information regarding my public offer Agreement may be preserved, but only for the purposes of potentially resuming relations with me and without prejudice to me.
1.3.4. Any use by anyone of the information about my public offer Agreement to my detriment shall result in the punishment of the culpables and the recovery of funds in my favor in accordance with my public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time."
1.4. LEGAL PROVISIONS AFFIRMING AND ENSHRINING THE RIGHTS TO THE EXPRESSION OF WILL, SELF-DETERMINATION, SELF-IDENTIFICATION, AND OTHER RIGHTS.
1.4.1. The principles of the natural law of self-identification and self-determination, enshrined in international law, national legislations, legislation of the peoples, other regulatory legal acts, and historical documents, which directly affirm my rights.
1.4.2. In exercising my natural rights from birth, without prejudice to myself, I make use of everything that is not prohibited by law specifically for me and does not infringe upon my rights.
1.4.3. My statuses and my name are above the status of the state, since I hold full authority over myself and only I have all my rights over myself, while the state possesses only the authority that the people have ceded to it in the form of certain rights, in exchange for the state’s realization of those rights. I, however, have not ceded my rights to the state or to anyone else. I merely grant or revoke rights through the conclusion of a agreement, without prejudice to me.
1.4.4. I am exercising my supreme rights, which are natural rights, the principles of which have been enshrined in various legislative documents at different times. By citing articles of various documents, I declare that my natural rights are enshrined in international legislative acts, documents, and the national and people's legislation of states, as well as in other regulatory legal acts, and I cite them to simplify the explanation of my supreme rights and the protection of my lawful interests.
1.4.4.1. All of the provisions in various legislative acts across different territories merely describe the ways and processes of relationships, how they should proceed in accordance with agreements, as well as the sanctions and penalties for noncompliance and violations. The legal consequences of these provisions arise either by virtue of birth – namely, the acquisition and exercise of my natural rights from birth – or through the conclusion of a agreement with me and without prejudice to me.
1.4.5. To protect my rights, I demand that all applicable legislation be used when considering appeals, complaints, claims, and other forms of statements addressed to me, including national, international, and other laws. If my rights are violated, I must be released immediately. If I am denied this lawful right in violation of my rights, I have the right to use all means available to me to protect my rights, followed by a claim for compensation for the damage caused to me and to interested persons, without prejudice to me, thus I warn that those who demand anything from me may be severely punished by myself and others.
1.4.6. I am providing some excerpts from various international legal documents to facilitate communication and explanation to persons who make any demands of me; these excerpts primarily affirm my rights as a member of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, the right to self-determination and self-identification, and my other rights arising therefrom, which all bodies, officials, and other persons of various forms of ownership and entities are obligated to exercise, and for the violation of which they will bear full responsibility.
1.4.6.1. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Adopted 16 December 1966 by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI).
"The States Parties to the present Covenant, Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world";
The recognition of my rights is the foundation of my freedom, justice, and universal peace, and "Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of the human person" I possess dignity and the rights that flow from it.
"Recognizing that, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ideal of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil and political rights, as well as his economic, social and cultural rights,"
I am creating the conditions that allow everyone to exercise their rights.
"Considering the obligation of States under the Charter of the United Nations to promote universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and freedoms,"
Even if I do not demand recognition for the universal respect for and observance of my rights and freedoms and those of others, states are obligated to recognize them and have no right to deny them when I need them.
"Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which he belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant, Agree upon the following articles:"
States sign agreements pledging to protect my rights as enshrined in this international legal document.
"Article 1
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development."
I am a people, even if I am the last remaining member of my family line and my people, but I define my own status, independently and freely, and freely ensure my own social, economic, cultural, and other forms of development.
"2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence."
I am a people, even if I am the last remaining member of my family line and my people; by virtue of my birthright, I exercise my right to a share of the resources in the territory where I was born, and I use and dispose of them on my own.
"3. The States Parties to the present Covenant, including those having responsibility for the administration of Non-Self-Governing and Trust Territories, shall promote the realization of the right of self-determination, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations."
States must support and promote my right to self-determination and respect that right – and nothing else.
"Article 2
1. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present Covenant, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status."
States are obligated to treat me without any distinction whatsoever and to ensure my rights for all individuals within their territory.
"2. Where not already provided for by existing legislative or other measures, each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to take the necessary steps, in accordance with its constitutional processes and with the provisions of the present Covenant, to adopt such laws or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the rights recognized in the present Covenant."
States enact laws and implement legal procedures to protect my rights; if they do not currently have such laws or procedures in place, they are obligated to initiate them and take all necessary measures to ensure the realization of my rights.
"3. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes:
(a) To ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein recognized are violated shall have an effective remedy, notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity;"
States are obligated, under all circumstances, to ensure my rights and freedoms through a wide range of effective legal remedies.
"Article 6
1. Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life."
My right to life is inherent, and I have exercised it since the day I was born.
"Article 8
1. No one shall be held in slavery; slavery and the slave-trade in all their forms shall be prohibited."
I don’t want to be a slave to the documents issued to me – passports, ID cards, and other documents – so I use any documents solely as a beneficiary.
"2. No one shall be held in servitude."
I owe nothing to anyone, and I do not consent to being subjected to servitude, so I live freely.
"Article 9
1. Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention. No one shall be deprived of his liberty except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedure as are established by law."
I exercise my rights to freedom at all times. I cannot be arrested or detained until my guilt has been proven in accordance with all applicable procedures and evidence, following due process, including the right to a fair trial, the right to appeal, and a final, lawful, and just verdict.
"2. Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him."
If anyone wishes to arrest me, this is possible only with my consent and only if I am given a clear and specific reason and the charges against me are presented. Furthermore, no one has the right to handcuff me, since I am free and my guilt has not been proven; for this very reason, I may only proceed to places where I will be given a clearer explanation of the charge, or I may refuse to proceed and demand on the spot that I be urgently informed of the charges against me, and sign a statement promising not to leave a certain area and that I or my defense counsel will appear in court for the hearing.
"3. Anyone arrested or detained on a criminal charge shall be brought promptly before a judge or other officer authorized by law to exercise judicial power and shall be entitled to trial within a reasonable time or to release. It shall not be the general rule that persons awaiting trial shall be detained in custody, but release may be subject to guarantees to appear for trial, at any other stage of the judicial proceedings, and, should occasion arise, for execution of the judgement."
Since I guarantee that I will appear in court or that my defense counsel will appear – as I am not required to defend myself and may appoint whomever I choose to defend me – even if I do appear in court, the court must resolve the charges against me as quickly as possible within a reasonable timeframe, but must not hold me in custody, I enter the court freely and leave freely, and if I am indeed guilty, I cannot be deprived of my liberty, and the question of punishment is determined jointly with the victim.
"4. Anyone who is deprived of his liberty by arrest or detention shall be entitled to take proceedings before a court, in order that that court may decide without delay on the lawfulness of his detention and order his release if the detention is not lawful."
If anyone wishes to detain me, I demand that a hearing and trial be held immediately, or that I be released if the detention is unlawful and there is no evidence or insufficient evidence.
"5. Anyone who has been the victim of unlawful arrest or detention shall have an enforceable right to compensation."
If anyone detains me or makes a claim or demand against me, this automatically constitutes acceptance and entry into force of the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026-71917P with me, and anyone who causes me harm or damage will be obligated to reimburse me for my expenses and damages in accordance with this Agreement.
"Article 12
1. Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence."
By virtue of my birth, I am legally present in my country of residence. Once I have entered the territory of another state in accordance with the law – that is, once I have crossed the border – I am free to move about and choose my place of dwelling.
"2. Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own."
Exercising my right, I am free to leave my own country and travel to other countries.
"3. The above-mentioned rights shall not be subject to any restrictions except those which are provided by law, are necessary to protect national security, public order (ordre public), public health or morals or the rights and freedoms of others, and are consistent with the other rights recognized in the present Covenant."
Since I have no intention of infringing on anyone’s rights, I strive to be of service, and since there is no evidence that I intend to infringe on anyone’s rights, I freely exercise my rights to freedom of movement and settlement, and I am free to leave any country or territory without hindrance.
"Article 14
2. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall have the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law."
I plead not guilty to all charges, because I might be mistaken in thinking that I am guilty, which may not be the case, and my guilt must be proven through all lawful procedures of evidence.
"Article 16
Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law."
Wherever I am, I exercise my rights, assert my legal capacity, and everyone must recognize my legal capacity.
"Article 19
1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference."
I freely follow my own expression of will and act according to my own judgment without prejudice to myself.
"2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice."
I exercise my right to freedom of expression; I freely seek, receive, and disseminate information and my opinions, regardless of borders, in writing and by any other means.
"Article 22
1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of association with others, including the right to form and join trade unions for the protection of his interests."
I form and join associations freely, dealing directly with everyone, and defend my interests in this way.
"3. Nothing in this article shall authorize States Parties to the International Labour Organisation Convention of 1948 concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize to take legislative measures which would prejudice, or to apply the law in such a manner as to prejudice, the guarantees provided for in that Convention."
No one can restrict me or create documents that limit my freedom to interact through associations, organizations, or independent activities.
"Article 26
All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law. In this respect, the law shall prohibit any discrimination and guarantee to all persons equal and effective protection against discrimination on any ground such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status."
I have the same right as everyone else – and I exercise it – to equal and effective protection under the law, without discrimination on any grounds.
1.4.6.2. INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL RIGHTS. Adopted by Resolution 2200 A (XXI) of the United Nations General Assembly on December 16, 1966. Entered into force on January 3, 1976, in accordance with Article 27.
"Article 2
1. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to take steps, individually and through international assistance and co-operation, especially economic and technical, to the maximum of its available resources, with a view to achieving progressively the full realization of the rights recognized in the present Covenant by all appropriate means, including particularly the adoption of legislative measures."
States have undertaken to ensure and protect my rights, both individually and through co-operation, within the limits of their available resources and by adopting legislative measures to that end.
"Article 3
The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all economic, social and cultural rights set forth in the present Covenant."
My rights are protected by the principle of equal rights for all men and women, which applies to all inhabitants of the planet and other territories based on bodily characteristics.
"Article 5
1. Nothing in the present Covenant may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights or freedoms recognized herein, or at their limitation to a greater extent than is provided for in the present Covenant."
My expression of will in no way infringes upon the rights and freedoms of other persons, but merely affirms my rights as a member of the Veps indigenous people.
"2. No restriction upon or derogation from any of the fundamental human rights recognized or existing in any country in virtue of law, conventions, regulations or custom shall be admitted on the pretext that the present Covenant does not recognize such rights or that it recognizes them to a lesser extent."
Even if the state in which I find myself has not enacted laws to protect my rights under this convention, no one can deprive me of my natural rights.
"Article 6
1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right to work, which includes the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain his living by work which he freely chooses or accepts, and will take appropriate steps to safeguard this right."
I choose my own labor and take the necessary steps to achieve it on my own.
"Article 15
1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone:
(a) To take part in cultural life;"
I personally participate in the diverse cultural life of society, and the state guarantees these rights to me and recognizes the rights of everyone, including my own.
"(b) To enjoy the benefits of scientific progress and its applications;"
I myself use the results of scientific progress in the form of new laws and documents I have created, as an example of scientific progress in the field of law.
"Article 25
Nothing in the present Covenant shall be interpreted as impairing the inherent right of all peoples to enjoy and utilize fully and freely their natural wealth and resources."
No one has the right to deprive me of my inherent rights to the independent use of the natural wealth and resources that constitute my body, myself, and the resources to which I am entitled by right of birth, birth in a specific territory, or by right of acquisition of citizenship.
1.4.6.3. UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (UDHR). Adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948, as Resolution 217 A (III).
"Preamble
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,"
For the sake of freedom, justice, and universal peace, I recognize my dignity and exercise my inalienable rights.
"Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,"
I am creating a world in which everyone, including people, has freedom of speech and belief, and is free from fear and want; and it is my highest aspiration to bring order to the world.
"Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,"
In order to create a world free from war, revolution, destruction, and other sudden, destructive forces, I strive to uphold and protect rights and freedoms by leading by example and working to improve both myself and society.
"Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,"
I help foster friendly relations between peoples by traveling, interacting with others, offering assistance, and sharing my experiences, knowledge, and information.
"Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,"
By recognizing the equal rights of all, as well as the dignity and value of every human person, I promote social progress and improved living conditions with greater freedom, and I address these issues independently, thereby contributing to and benefiting society.
"Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,"
My rights serve to protect, respect, and uphold my rights and freedoms, and they are safeguarded by the state.
"Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, therefore,
The General Assembly,
Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction."
Through education and awareness, as well as the exercise of my rights, I contribute to the advancement and protection of everyone’s rights and to the betterment of society, and I am protected by states and various territories.
"Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."
I was born free and equal in dignity and rights, and I am now exercising my rights.
"Article 4
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms."
I do not want to be, nor should I be, kept in a state of servitude. I live freely, and no one has the right – nor should they – to turn me into a slave in any form, whether economically or politically. To preserve my freedom, I move about freely and live freely.
"Article 6
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law."
In any jurisdiction, I recognize my legal capacity, and all my rights must be protected; I defend these rights both on my own and with the help of others, and I engage in relationships and other activities freely and independently.
"Article 7
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination."
I exercise my right to equal protection, without any distinction, discrimination, or incitement from anyone.
"Article 9
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile."
I shall not be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention, or expulsion.
"Article 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him."
If someone brings a charge against me, and a criminal charge is a serious charge, then the nature of my rights and obligations in this case and the legality of the proceedings can be determined only through a trial in which the parties are equal, the proceedings are public, and all requirements of justice are observed by an independent and impartial court – which I must verify and confirm before I can exercise my right to a trial.
"Article 11
1. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence."
I am innocent. Give me every opportunity to defend myself, and only then will we discuss a fair trial.
"Article 13
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state."
I am not restricted by anyone or anything when it comes to traveling to any area or choosing where to live wherever I am.
"2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country."
I exercise my right to freely leave any territory and return to the territory I left.
"Article 15
1. Everyone has the right to a nationality."
I have the right to any nationality, and based on that right, if I need nationality, I choose it; if I don't need it, I don't choose it.
"2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality."
I am free to change my nationality because I have that right; all I need to do is submit a simple application, and there are no restrictions on my ability to exercise that right.
"Article 17
1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others."
I own my property and have full use of it, and I alone have complete authority to manage my property.
"2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property."
My property belongs to me, and no one has the right to touch it, take it, inspect it, or damage or deface it without my consent.
"Article 18
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance."
I have my own opinions and beliefs, which I act upon either on my own or as part of a group, and no one has the right to use their freedom and will against me or to the detriment of me or others.
"Article 19
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
My beliefs – whatever they may be – and my freedom to express them are not restricted by anything or anyone.
"Article 20
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association."
I am free to form and participate in peaceful associations, peaceful assemblies, and meetings.
"2. No one may be compelled to belong to an association."
I cannot be forced to join any association, whether it be a government, a corporation, or any other type of organization.
"Article 21
3. The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures."
My will is the foundation of authority. An equivalent form is the local referendum, which can apply even to a single person living in a given area.
1.4.6.4. UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES. Adopted by General Assembly resolution 61/295 of 13 September 2007.
"Affirming that indigenous peoples are equal to all other peoples, while recognizing the right of all peoples to be different," – see Official Records of the General Assembly, Sixty-first Session, Supplement No. 53 (A/61/53), Part I, Chapter II, Section A – "to consider themselves different, and to be respected as such,"
My rights of an indigenous people are equal to those of other indigenous peoples, yet I may express my identity differently as a native of my indigenous people, and I exercise my right to be respected in that capacity, affirming my right to self-determination.
"Concerned that indigenous peoples have suffered from historic injustices as a result of, inter alia, their colonization and dispossession of their lands, territories and resources, thus preventing them from exercising, in particular, their right to development in accordance with their own needs and interests,"
I will develop independently in accordance with my own needs, exercising my rights as an indigenous people of this territory.
"Recognizing the urgent need to respect and promote the inherent rights of indigenous peoples which derive from their political, economic and social structures and from their cultures, spiritual traditions, histories and philosophies, especially their rights to their lands, territories and resources,"
My rights to my lands, territories, and resources, which I may manage independently. As someone who lives in a specific territory by right of birth, I possess rights to my lands, territories, and resources and exercise those rights.
"Convinced that control by indigenous peoples over developments affecting them and their lands, territories and resources will enable them to maintain and strengthen their institutions, cultures and traditions, and to promote their development in accordance with their aspirations and needs,"
I can achieve all my aspirations on my own, using the resources available in my community. As an indigenous people, I exercise self-determination to promote my own development in accordance with my aspirations and needs.
"Bearing in mind that nothing in this Declaration may be used to deny any peoples their right to self-determination, exercised in conformity with international law,"
No one can deny me my self-determination and my expression of will.
"Affirming also that all peoples contribute to the diversity and richness of civilizations and cultures, which constitute the common heritage of humankind,"
All peoples – and I, as a part of a people – contribute to the diversity and richness of civilizations and cultures.
"Affirming further that all doctrines, policies and practices based on or advocating superiority of peoples or individuals on the basis of national origin or racial, religious, ethnic or cultural differences are racist, scientifically false, legally invalid, morally condemnable and socially unjust,"
I do not consider myself superior to others; I am simply exercising all the rights that everyone is entitled to. Therefore, my actions should not be interpreted as one people’s superiority over others, extremism, or aggression. Neminem laedit qui suo jure utitur – he who exercises his right does no harm to anyone.
"Reaffirming that indigenous peoples, in the exercise of their rights, should be free from discrimination of any kind,"
In the course of my activities and my life, I am free from any form of discrimination.
"Article 1
Indigenous peoples have the right to the full enjoyment, as a collective or as individuals, of all human rights and fundamental freedoms as recognized in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international human rights law."
I exercise my rights, both individually and collectively, as recognized in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the norms of international law pertaining to human rights.
"Article 3
Indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development."
I determine my own status and freely pursue my development in various fields.
"Article 4
Indigenous peoples, in exercising their right to self-determination, have the right to autonomy or self-government in matters relating to their internal and local affairs, as well as ways and means for financing their autonomous functions."
I handle my own affairs.
"Article 5
Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and strengthen their distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions, while retaining their right to participate fully, if they so choose, in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the State."
I am strengthening my personal institutions of authority and preserving all my rights.
"Article 6
Every indigenous individual has the right to a nationality."
I belong to the Veps indigenous people and to the indigenous peoples of the entire world, and I have the right to nationality both in my place of birth and throughout the territory where my indigenous people live, namely the entire world.
"Article 7
1. Indigenous individuals have the rights to life, physical and mental integrity, liberty and security of person."
I exercise my rights as an indigenous people to life, physical and mental integrity, freedom, and personal security, and I do everything necessary to ensure this; at the same time, I must be protected by the state and my rights must remain inviolable.
"Article 8
1. Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or destruction of their culture.
2. States shall provide effective mechanisms for prevention of, and redress for:
(a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;
(b) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources;"
No one can drive me from the land of my birth, force me to do anything, assimilate me, or deprive me of my culture.
"Article 44
All the rights and freedoms recognized herein are equally guaranteed to male and female indigenous individuals."
All the rights recognized in this declaration are guaranteed to me equally, as a man and as a woman, since in different regions the population consists entirely of either men or women, but everyone is guaranteed the same rights as everyone else.
1.4.6.5. DECLARATION ON THE GRANTING OF INDEPENDENCE TO COLONIAL COUNTRIES AND PEOPLES. Adopted by General Assembly Resolution 1514 (XV) of December 14, 1960.
"The General Assembly ,
Mindful of the determination proclaimed by the peoples of the world in the Charter of the United Nations to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,"
To promote progress and improve living conditions while ensuring equal rights for nations large and small.
"Conscious of the need for the creation of conditions of stability and well-being and peaceful and friendly relations based on respect for the principles of equal rights and self-determination of all peoples, and of universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion,"
No discrimination.
"Recognizing the passionate yearning for freedom in all dependent peoples and the decisive role of such peoples in the attainment of their independence,
Aware of the increasing conflicts resulting from the denial of or impediments in the way of the freedom of such peoples, which constitute a serious threat to world peace,"
It is clear to everyone that self-determination and development should not be interfered with.
"Recognizing that the peoples of the world ardently desire the end of colonialism in all its manifestations,"
All peoples want to put an end to colonialism.
"Convinced that the continued existence of colonialism prevents the development of international economic co-operation, impedes the social, cultural and economic development of dependent peoples and militates against the United Nations ideal of universal peace,"
The UN has already recognized that colonialism, in all its forms, only hinders social development.
"Affirming that peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law,"
All peoples can use their wealth for their own benefit.
"Believing that the process of liberation is irresistible and irreversible and that, in order to avoid serious crises, an end must be put to colonialism and all practices of segregation and discrimination associated therewith,"
The process of liberation cannot be stopped, nor should it be.
"Welcoming the emergence in recent years of a large number of dependent territories into freedom and independence, and recognizing the increasingly powerful trends towards freedom in such territories which have not yet attained independence,"
Greet freedom and independence.
"Convinced that all peoples have an inalienable right to complete freedom, the exercise of their sovereignty and the integrity of their national territory,
Solemnly proclaims the necessity of bringing to a speedy and unconditional end colonialism in all its forms and manifestations;"
The right to full freedom and the realization of their status as the Veps indigenous people of the Lakshа clan.
"And to this end
Declares that:
1. The subjection of peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a denial of fundamental human rights, is contrary to the Charter of the United Nations and is an impediment to the promotion of world peace and co-operation."
I support the UN's principles for establishing peace throughout the world.
"2. All peoples have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development."
The right to self-determination and free development, which I exercise.
"3. Inadequacy of political, economic, social or educational preparedness should never serve as a pretext for delaying independence."
Even if I don't have enough knowledge, I have the right to be independent and grow on my own.
"4. All armed action or repressive measures of all kinds directed against dependent peoples shall cease in order to enable them to exercise peacefully and freely their right to complete independence, and the integrity of their national territory shall be respected."
No one intends to violate the territorial integrity; on the contrary, I am committed to creating a world without borders.
"5. Immediate steps shall be taken, in Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories or all other territories which have not yet attained independence, to transfer all powers to the peoples of those territories, without any conditions or reservations, in accordance with their freely expressed will and desire, without any distinction as to race, creed or colour, in order to enable them to enjoy complete independence and freedom."
In all other territories that have not achieved independence, all authority must be transferred in accordance with the will and wishes of the people, without any conditions whatsoever.
"6. Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations."
Any attempts to compromise the freedom of a people or undermine the territorial integrity of a people will be suppressed. Thus, if states stand in the way of the will of the people, they do not contribute to the people’s development but instead divide and destroy them.
"7. All States shall observe faithfully and strictly the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the present Declaration on the basis of equality, non-interference in the internal affairs of all States, and respect for the sovereign rights of all peoples and their territorial integrity."
No one has the right to interfere in our internal affairs or in my own affairs.
1.4.7. TERRITORIAL LEGISLATION.
1.4.7.1. I am the beneficiary of any legal provisions.
1.4.7.2. Given that it is not possible to include in this document all the laws of the world, of all countries and peoples, pertaining to my rights, I hereby declare that I may invoke and do invoke any laws, constitutions, codes, statutes, and other normative legal acts and legal norms that protect my rights and assist me in the exercise of my rights and legitimate interests. If anyone makes demands of me, they must, before doing so, identify and take into account all legal norms that protect my rights and my expression of will, so as not to violate my rights.
1.4.7.2.1. Every state has local, territorial, national, and other laws that protect my rights and fundamental freedoms, in accordance with international law, conventions, covenants, treaties, agreements, and other instruments that these states have signed and undertaken to observe in the field of the protection and realization of the fundamental freedoms and rights of every man. States, recognizing the supremacy of international law in the field of freedoms and rights of every man, and in the event of a conflict between international law and local, territorial, national, and other legislation, have undertaken to bring and keep their local, territorial, national, and other legislation into conformity with international law and to promote the realization of rights of every man and fundamental freedoms, and consequently my rights and fundamental freedoms.
1.4.7.2.2. If this document does not include excerpts from local, regional, national, and other legislation, then states, government agencies, and their officials are obliged to draft this document and make it freely available to everyone, in order to protect and uphold the fundamental freedoms and rights of every man, and it shall list all normative legal acts – the constitution, laws, decrees, decrees, resolutions, and others – as well as articles on the fundamental freedoms and rights of every man, and consequently my own rights and fundamental freedoms.
1.4.7.2.3. As a Veps indigenous tribal people, I will, to the extent possible, study the local, regional, national, and other laws of various states and individually assert my fundamental freedoms and rights, which states, government bodies, and their officials are obligated to respect for the purpose of protecting and realizing my rights and fundamental freedoms.
1.4.7.2.4. The fact that I do not have an extract from local, regional, national, or other laws regarding my rights and fundamental freedoms, or that I am unaware of such laws, does not deprive me of my fundamental freedoms and rights of man; my rights and fundamental freedoms are protected without discrimination or bias against me.

1.5. PUBLIC NOTICE AND STATEMENT FOR THE RESTORATION OF JUSTICE.
1.5.1. Exercising my rights to freedom of speech, opinion, and belief, as well as other rights. By exercising the inalienable rights to freedom of speech, opinion, and belief, as well as other absolute freedoms, I, as the direct creator of this Agreement, and the representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, as its collective authors, hereby affirm this will.
1.5.2. Recognizing the full extent of my own responsibility for what happens to me, those around me, and others whom I do not know, I and the representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan accept full responsibility for our own creative actions toward our surroundings and any persons who interact with us.
1.5.3. Recognizing that concealing a crime or any other information regarding committed offenses is illegal and unlawful against every man, every citizen, all of mankind, and other forms of life, nature, and space, we recognize the concealment of information about committed offenses or the cover-up of crimes as a direct assault against every living man, against all of mankind, nature, and the creation.
1.5.4. Recognizing that the so-called legislative and law enforcement bodies – including the police, judges, bureaucrats, officials, employees, civil servants, corporate agents, and owners of various organizations and forms of ownership – are often the very ones who violate the laws, natural rights, and freedoms of the state on the territory where I am located, and cover for one another – out of fear, coercion, ignorance, recklessness, or malice – and very often go unpunished, hiding behind their statuses, unwritten rules and instructions, and other means.
1.5.5. I hereby declare that in the event of my unlawful arrest, detention, or unlawful actions against me, my family, my relatives and loved ones, friends, and acquaintances, every man, every representative of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, any persons may restore justice by ensuring the appropriate punishment of the perpetrators, in accordance with the laws and legal norms of the various jurisdictions of the territory where the crime was committed and other rights. It is hereby imperatively declared: in the event of an unlawful arrest, detention, or any other unlawful actions directed against me, my family, representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, loved ones, or companions, any living man or woman is endowed with the absolute right to restore justice. Such restoration shall be effected by holding the violators fully liable for commercial, property, and legal responsibility, based on the highest laws of justice, the legal norms of the jurisdiction of the territory where the offense was committed, as well as the norms of international and natural law.
1.5.6. The method, form, and approach for restoring a violated right are chosen solely by the executor of justice restoration, at their own discretion and under their own responsibility, after carefully reviewing the facts of the offense, the evidence, other documents, and testimonies.
1.5.7. It is up to the executor to decide whether to remain anonymous or to carry out the punishment publicly. The executor has the unquestionable prerogative to either act openly and publicly to restore justice or to maintain complete confidentiality.
1.5.8. If my specific actions in notifying other persons have led to a violation of the rights of the innocent, I am prepared to accept punishment and bear responsibility to the extent that I am truly at fault. My actions and those of our family line in publicly reporting violations are aimed solely at defending the truth. If the lawful actions of the executor to restore justice lead to the unintentional infringement of the interests of uninvolved persons, the full responsibility for such consequences is unconditionally and in full transferred to those original offenders whose illegal actions provoked this process. I, as the direct author of this text, and the representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, as its collective drafters, are fully and irrevocably released from any liability for the possible consequences of suppressing the crimes of others. Any person capable of preventing an offense or assisting in the restoration of the violated rights and freedoms of the direct author of this act and the representatives of our Laksha family line is granted the unconditional right to take any necessary actions within the limits of permissible self-defense and the defense of justice. This right includes the possibility of lawfully detaining the offender to prevent further crimes, serving as the realization of the absolute natural right of every living man and every person in this world to independently protect their own safety and restore the violated order.
1.5.9. Everything set forth in this Agreement is without prejudice to me, my family and loved ones, friends and acquaintances, or my and their rights and legitimate interests. All provisions set forth in this document shall apply under any circumstances without any prejudice to me as its direct creator, to the representatives of our family as its collective drafters, as well as to our loved ones and associates. We unconditionally retain all inalienable rights and legitimate interests, which precludes any counterclaims from anyone.
1.5.10. Nothing in this Agreement, which also may serve as an official notice and notification, may be construed as granting to anyone, whether a single person or a group of persons, the right to engage in any activity or take any action aimed at undermining or destroying my rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests. Likewise, no provision of this document limits my absolute right, or the right of an authorized executor, to apply all available measures to prevent unlawful encroachments from anyone and to restore justice to the aggrieved party.
1.6. EXCLUSIVE PREROGATIVE OF INTERPRETATION AND PROTECTION OF THE TEXT.
1.6.1. No provision, nor any possible ambiguities, stylistic features, or typos in the text of this Agreement, may be interpreted against me as its direct creator and against the representatives of our Laksha family line as its collective authors. This fact imposes an absolute prohibition on the application of the legal doctrine of Contra proferentem by anyone. The exclusive prerogative of semantic and legal interpretation of every word, term, and structure of the text belongs entirely to me as the absolute lexicographer of my own formulations, as well as to the representatives of our Laksha family line. Any attempt by a bad-faith counterparty or any other person to apply a restrictive interpretation, to use grammatical form or alleged ambiguity to distort my will and to the detriment of our family line status is unconditionally recognized as an act of abuse of rights and is null and void from the moment it is committed. All provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted exclusively for the purpose of maximizing their validity, as well as the unconditional protection of my own rights and the rights of our family line. The possible invalidity or revocation of a single word or paragraph leaves all other parts of this document unshaken and fully valid.

1.1. PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT "USE OF MY PRIVATE TIME" LAK01172026–72917P OF EVGENII LAKSHA OF THE VEPS INDIGENOUS TRIBAL PEOPLE OF THE LAKSHA CLAN.

1.2.1.10. The Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan a priori cannot and must not violate their principles.
1.2.1.11. For the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, as for everyone with whom they interact, the principle of the presumption of innocence – In dubio pro reo –applies: "When in doubt, ambiguous points are interpreted in favor of the accused," however, the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan enjoy protection and cannot be detained, slandered, or defamed without a tribal court.

The exact amount of liquidated damages is strictly assessed at the rate of one ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-nine) fine gold for each full or partial day from the moment the infringement is detected with respect to each affected member of the Laksha clan. This refusal automatically gives rise to an indisputable obligation on the part of the violator to fully compensate me, as the direct creator, and the representatives of our Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, as the collective drafters of this Agreement and the documents of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan “Declaration of Self-Determination.” The aforementioned compensation is claimed as liquidated damages. 1.3. MY PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT, "USE OF MY PRIVATE TIME," IN REGISTERS.
1.3.1. My public offer Agreement in the registers of Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. For additional protection and verification by other persons of my public offer Agreement, an entry has been made in the registry titled "Registry of records of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan" regarding the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–72917P, assigned the unique cipher CR–LAK00004.
Month, day, and year of entry of the record of the document in the registry: January seventeenth, two thousand and twenty-six (01.17.2026), according to the Gregorian calendar. Time: seven twenty-nine post meridiem.
"The States Parties to the present Covenant, Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world";
The recognition of my rights is the foundation of my freedom, justice, and universal peace, and "Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of the human person" I possess dignity and the rights that flow from it.
If anyone detains me or makes a claim or demand against me, this automatically constitutes acceptance and entry into force of the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–72917P with me, and anyone who causes me harm or damage will be obligated to reimburse me for my expenses and damages in accordance with this Agreement.
"Article 12
(a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;

1.1. PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT "USE OF MY PRIVATE TIME" LAK01172026–73917P OF ARINA LAKSHA OF THE VEPS INDIGENOUS TRIBAL PEOPLE OF THE LAKSHA CLAN.

1.2.5.9. The delivery periods for the Offered, when shipped by the Offeror, are agreed by the Offeror or an authorized representative of the Offeror with the Offeree upon acceptance of the Offer, and the delivery periods agreed upon may not exceed three days from the date of acceptance of the Offer.
1.2.5.10. The Offeree is obligated, on the day and at the time of delivery of the Offered agreed upon by the parties, to be present at the delivery address specified by the Offeree in the accepted Offer or agreed upon verbally, or to ensure that its authorized representatives are present at that address. Authorized representatives are considered to be anyone specified by the Offeree who must be present at the time of delivery of the Offered at the place of delivery. Authorized representatives have the right to receive the Offered and sign all documents related to the performance of this Agreement.
1.2.5.11. When agreeing on a delivery date, the Offeree is obliged to inform about possible obstacles – such as snowdrifts, excavation work, or other factors – that may prevent the Offeror’s vehicle from reaching the transfer point, or to deliver the Offered themselves from the vehicle’s stopping point to the building entrance.
1.2.5.14. When ordering the Offered on a pick-up basis, the delivery period for the Offered is two calendar days from the date the Offer is issued.
1.2.7.7. The return of the exchange equivalent by the Offeror to the Offeree of the Offer shall be made in the same manner as it was received.
1.2.8. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES UNDER THE AGREEMENT.
1.2.8.1. This offer is not irrevocable; the Offeror reserves the right to refuse to place an Offer with anyone who does not agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1.2.8.2. The Offeree agrees not to use the Offered for commercial purposes.
1.2.8.3. The Offeror shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Offeree or anyone else as a result of their improper use of that which they have received under the accepted Offer or acquired through an equivalent exchange.
1.2.8.4. The Offeror is not responsible for the content or functioning of other sources of information related to their Offers that are not owned by them.
1.2.8.5. The Offeror is not liable for any losses incurred by the Offeree or the Recipient as a result of:
– providing inaccurate information when agreeing to the Offer under the agreement, including incorrect identification details;
Before filing a lawsuit in any court, the Offeree of the Offer under the agreement is obligated, if they have any claims, to submit them to the Offeror of the Offer:
a) to the Offeror’s address or via the contact information provided;
b) or to their email address, along with a statement of reasons and supporting documents. The Offeror of the Offer is obligated to review the claim received and send the Offeree of the Offer a reasoned response to their email or physical address within fifteen calendar days, and within thirty calendar days for complex issues.
1.2.8.10. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be resolved through litigation in a tribal court, at a location agreed upon by the parties based on the location of the Offeror of the Offer, unless otherwise specified in the agreement or agreed upon by the parties.
The amount of the debt is fixed and shall be repaid immediately upon the date of issuance of the notice in physical gold or in a recognized monetary equivalent at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
1.2.8.14. By agreeing to the public offer agreement “Use of My Private Time” from the representative of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, only the party that has accepted it may interact with the clan representative and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions, and shall be liable for any breach of the Agreement’s terms and conditions and shall reimburse the clan representative for all incurred costs, expenses, and damages caused to the clan representative, as well as current costs for each full or partial day of non-compliance with the terms of the Agreement, in the amount of one ounce of 999 (nine hundred ninety-ninth) fine gold in relation to each affected clan representative. The amount of the debt is fixed, non-contestable, and requires immediate payment on the date of issuance of the notice in physical gold or in a recognized monetary equivalent at the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
1.2.8.15. In the event that any person, agent, organization, or artificial structure refuses to unconditionally accept this Agreement and the documents of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, “Declaration of Self-Determination,” regardless of the existence or absence of prior relations, any current ties with the refusing violator shall be immediately terminated. Any such claims shall be enforced strictly without prejudice to our rights and freedoms, and the resumption or establishment of further relations with us is permitted exclusively through a direct written agreement.
1.2.9. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
1.2.9.1. The Offeror collects and processes the personal information of the Offeree of the Offer, specifically: first name; middle name, father's name, or grandfather's name, if applicable; the Offeree's of the Offer family name or last name; email address; contact phone numbers; and so on, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
1.2.9.2. By submitting the Offer via electronic means, the Offeree consents to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
1.2.9.3. When collecting and processing the personal information of the Offerees of the Offer, the Offeror has no purpose other than those set forth in this Agreement.
1.2.9.4. The Offeror agrees to: maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the Offerees; prevent any attempts at unauthorized use of the personal information of the Offerees of the Offer; and restrict access to the personal information of the Offerees of the Offer of the Offeror for not directly involved in the performance of the Agreement, with the exception of those who are authorized to access such information for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement.
1.2.10. INFORMATION ABOUT THE OFFEROR.
1.2.10.1. You can find information about the Offeror in any sources where the Offeror places information about themselves, or you can ask the Offeror in person.
1.2.10.2. The Offeror must place information about themselves in the open access and notify everyone who is interested.
1.2.11. AMENDMENTS TO AN AGREEMENT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER AGREEMENT NOT DRAFTED BY ME, OR TO A MINUTES OF APPROVAL OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
1.2.11.1. To improve the standard agreement on civil and other legal matters within the territory of jurisdiction of anyone with legal status of citizenship and other legal statuses of any of the parties, it is necessary to include or add the following substantial provisions to the standard Agreement or to conclude, agree on the standard agreement “Public Offer for the Use of Private Time” regarding the interaction of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan with another or other party.
1.2.11.2. Always write personal information in bold – first the first name, then the middle name and last name, or in whatever order I prefer. Follow standard spelling rules: capitalize proper nouns and use lowercase letters for the rest.
1.2.11.3. Indicate the following text as my part of the agreement: First Name, Last Name enters into the following agreement in the legal status of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, in accordance with the public offer agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–73917P, as well as an identity document with additional confirmation of the accuracy of the specified personal information, which may be a machine-readable travel document – abbreviated as MRTD – referred to as a "Passport," the document number issued on the specified date, and may serve only to confirm the owner, the bearer of this document, as the benefit recipient and beneficiary of this "Passport" for the owner’s needs – identity verification, border crossing, etc. – as specified above, but in no way obligating the bearer of this document or subjecting them to the jurisdiction of this "Passport" and the bodies, states, and countries that issued it.
1.2.11.4. The agreement should specify the following regarding any disputed questions that may arise:
1.2.11.4.1. Any disputes that arise and that the parties are unable to resolve through direct negotiations shall be settled by an independent, impartial tribal tribunal organized or appointed by the parties, by mutual agreement.
1.2.11.4.2. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute may be resolved by an arbitrator – an arbitration tribunal – or a third party, which are above local legislation and whose decisions are binding and enforceable on the bodies organized or appointed by the tribal tribunal of the territorial community – based on the territory of the dispute or on an offer or with the consent of the aggrieved or injured party – or by a tribunal of another state pursuant to a written agreement between the parties.
1.2.11.5.1. First name, last name, or as I specify;
1.2.11.5.2. Current location or contact address: country, state, region, etc.; district, locality – city, town, village, etc.; street, house number, apartment;
1.2.11.5.3. Contact information: phone number, email address, and others;
1.2.11.5.4. Autograph or signature;
For additional protection and verification by other persons of my public offer Agreement, an entry has been made in the registry titled "Registry of records of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan" regarding the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–73917P, assigned the unique cipher CR–LAK00006.
Month, day, and year of entry of the record of the document in the registry: January seventeenth, two thousand and twenty-six (01.17.2026), according to the Gregorian calendar. Time: seven thirty-nine post meridiem.
"The States Parties to the present Covenant, Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world";
The recognition of my rights is the foundation of my freedom, justice, and universal peace, and "Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of the human person" I possess dignity and the rights that flow from it.
If anyone detains me or makes a claim or demand against me, this automatically constitutes acceptance and entry into force of the public offer Agreement "Use of My Private Time" LAK01172026–73917P with me, and anyone who causes me harm or damage will be obligated to reimburse me for my expenses and damages in accordance with this Agreement.
"Article 12
(a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;
