THE LAKSHA CLAN FAMILY LINE LABORATORY OF THE VEPS INDIGENOUS TRIBAL PEOPLE: THE SCIENCE OF SONOGRAPHY – ULTRASOUND VISUALIZATION, BODY AWARENESS, AND THE LIVELY TRANSMISSION OF KNOWLEDGE.

I. SONOGRAPHY AS A PHILOSOPHICAL SCHOOL AND A FUNDAMENTAL SCIENCE. REJECTION OF UNDERGROUND MEDICINE. Our scientific community officially declares: we are not a clinic and do not engage in underground, alternative, or unlicensed medical practice. Our family line laboratory is exclusively a philosophical and educational school, where every living man exercises their right to an education aimed at the full development of the man's personality.

Just as people study astronomy by pointing telescopes at the starry sky to comprehend the macrocosm, or study philosophy to comprehend the laws of existence, we use ultrasound scanners to peer into the microcosm of our own body. We study anatomy, physiology, and internal organs not to make clinical diagnoses, but for the sake of higher knowledge and deep self-awareness. For us, sonography is a tool for objective observation, allowing us to see with our own eyes how our lifestyle, thoughts, and actions reflect on our life path and physical bodies. We exercise our right, guaranteed by international law, to freely participate in scientific progress and to utilize its scientific and technological benefits for the purpose of studying ourselves.

Since we do not offer medical therapy, do not take responsibility for the clinical healing of others, and do not perform medical procedures for the purpose of treatment, we do not violate national or state laws governing licensed medical practice. Natural birth in the flesh is evidence of the Divine being’s voluntary consent to life, and that Person possesses the indisputable right to explore their physical vessel. Our philosophical and educational school merely teaches living man bodily awareness, making absolutely no claim to being a hospital.

II. A REFUGE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR ROOTS AND A LIVING EDUCATION. In modern world of systemic medicine, man is often reduced to a set of symptoms and diagnoses, losing the right to comprehend his own body. Confusing regulations alienate people from their own biology, making them feel helpless and alone.

Our scientific community of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan opens the doors to you: if you have lost connection with your physical and spiritual nature, if you are seeking knowledge about how your organism works, here you will find refuge and receive a fundamental, profound education. We share our knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and sonography – ultrasound studies – with all living men who strive to overcome their fear of their own bodies and take responsibility for their lives into their own hands.

Just as in the science of dream interpretation, the primary cultural and pedagogical method of our sonography department is the transfer of knowledge exclusively "by word of mouth." In our family line laboratory, there are no and never will be soulless, pre-recorded video courses on sonography and ultrasound studies. The true transmission of knowledge about the body does not tolerate deadening in digital format. Learning takes place only through in-person meetings or live, synchronous dialogue, where true mentorship occurs in a safe and trusting environment.

III. THE FUNDAMENTAL PARADIGM OF SONOGRAPHY IN OUR COMMUNITY. We view the physical body as a sacred vessel of the Soul. Sonography – ultrasound visualization – has been elevated in our community beyond the narrow confines of a "medical service" and elevated to the rank of a scholarly-educational discipline.

With ultrasound scanners, we are not looking for disease – we are studying the harmony of creation. We examine the structure and functions of the body, as well as the interactions between organs and tissues, to gain a deeper comprehension of the laws of life. For us, visualizing internal organs is a means of objective self-observation and self-discovery, allowing a man to see with their own eyes how their lifestyle, diet, and emotional state affect their physiology.

IV. THE RIGHT TO SCIENTIFIC PROGRESS AND ACCESS TO DATA. In accordance with Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, "everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits." Based on this inviolable norm, we affirm the right of everyone and every living man to use available scientific and technological advances and publicly accessible visualization devices to independently monitor his own health.

Moreover, international law and federal laws (including HIPAA privacy regulations) recognize an individual’s absolute right to access their own medical information. We teach people how to exercise this right: to comprehend their data, to read their own bodies, and to avoid becoming blind hostages to external interpreters.

V. FREE SCIENCE INSTEAD OF MEDICAL DICTATE. We guarantee and caution:

1. At our family line laboratory, no diagnoses are made and no treatment is prescribed;

2. Any demonstration of the operation of ultrasound scanners and ultrasound visualization devices is conducted solely for educational purposes – to explain anatomical diagrams and the principles of anatomy and physiology;

3. Our reviews and self-observation results are not a substitute for a doctor’s consultation and do not constitute a medical report. We categorically reject the practice of unlicensed treatment, as our goal is not to treat others’ illnesses, but rather to provide enlightenment and education. In life-threatening emergencies, every living man has a duty to act responsibly and seek qualified help (911).

VI. INSTITUTIONAL PEDAGOGY: ANATOMY AS A HERITAGE. Indigenous peoples have the right to establish their own education systems corresponding to their culture. Our pedagogical task is to ensure that every member of the Laksha clan, in addition to mastering the art of dream interpretation, gains a thorough competence concerning the physiology of their organism.

VII. ETHICS, SAFETY, AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Within our scientific community, the use of any self-monitoring technologies is governed by strict ethics and safety guidelines. We recognize the position of regulatory bodies (such as the FDA) that ultrasound visualization requires a reasonable approach and that unjustifiably prolonged exposure – for example, when using home Doppler scanners – is unacceptable. We advocate for the informed, technically competent, and safe use of these devices exclusively for the purpose of educational self-monitoring.

The scientific society of the Laksha clan of the Veps indigenous tribal people declares: your body and your knowledge of it are your absolute private property. No external corporation has the right to prevent living man from studying themselves. By entering our educational space, you assume full personal responsibility for your decisions and gain mentors and knowledge that restore to you your inherent right to be the master of your own body and your own destiny.

DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE VEPS INDIGENOUS TRIBAL PEOPLE OF THE LAKSHA CLAN AND LICENSED MEDICAL PRACTICE: RULES FOR INFORMATION EXCHANGE AND SELF-REGULATION.

I. THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO HEALTH AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION. In accordance with Article 12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights and the preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization, the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health is one of the fundamental rights of every man. Furthermore, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples guarantees our right to traditional medicine and the preservation of traditional healing practices.

U.S. federal regulations also unequivocally recognize the right of an individual to access their own medical data: The HIPAA Privacy Rule – 45 CFR § 164.524 – legally enshrines an individual’s right to access their protected health information (PHI) in accordance with established procedures. We are exercising this right to supplement our family line laboratory of the indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan – the Clan of House Laksha – with objective data about our organism.

II. CLEAR BOUNDARIES: INFORMATION SHARING VERSUS MEDICAL PRACTICE. Our scientific community recognizes that having the right to discuss health and use at-home self-monitoring tools does not imply an absolute right to professionally diagnose and treat other people without a license. In the United States, as in most corporate jurisdictions, medicine is a licensed profession regulated by state laws to protect patients. To avoid violating laws against "unlicensed practice," our scientific community sets strict boundaries.

1. What permitted informational exchange includes – free science:

a) Implementation of the First Amendment. The free discussion of man biology, anatomy, physiology, and traditional wellness methods for educational and research purposes, without causing any harm to others and any persons.

b) Sharing personal experiences. Stories about one’s own experiences with traditional diets, herbs, spiritual practices, or dream interpretation – without imposing them as a "cure" for others.

c) Spiritual and traditional mentoring. The practice of dream interpretation and fate analysis, aimed at developing self-awareness and psychological well-being, without the use of prescription or psychotropic medications.

d) Teaching self-monitoring. Demonstrating the principles of publicly available diagnostic devices in a purely educational context.

2. What constitutes medical practice, and what is strictly prohibited within our community without an official government and state license:

a) Making an official diagnosis. Statements such as "You have disease X, and this device confirms it."

b) Prescribing. Instructing another person to take specific medications or to perform therapeutic, surgical, allopathic, or any other medical procedures to treat a pathology.

c) Therapeutic promises. Making guarantees of a cure for physical or mental illnesses using the devices or methods being offered.

d) Invasive and non-invasive medical procedures. Any actions involving a breach of the body's physical barriers or the use of prescription medical devices on any person.

3. Note. International standards on freedom of expression – for example, Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) – permit lawful restrictions for the purpose of protecting public health; therefore, our activities are strictly limited to educational and spiritual format that does not replace emergency, surgical, or any other type of medical care.

III. FREE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY AND SELF-REGULATION. Free scientific activity within our community is defined as: a process of independent research, data collection, self-analysis, and education that does not endanger the health of other people, does not harm the environment, does not involve coercion, and does not contain fraudulent claims.

1. Rules for the use of devices, tests, and demonstrations, including ultrasound visualization and monitoring devices. As part of the educational process, members of our scientific community may mention or demonstrate generally available devices that have been legally marketed for widespread access and free purchase. U.S. law generally permits the use of such devices at home, provided that their official instructions are followed. According to 21 U.S.C. § 321, diagnostic devices are subject to FDA regulation.

2. When using such devices, we establish the following rules:

a) Educational context only. Demonstrations of the operation of devices – such as ultrasound scanners and pulse oximeters – are provided exclusively for the purpose of reviewing scientific and technical information.

b) The absence of a medical report. Any results from our self-monitoring, readings on screens, or demonstrations do not constitute a medical report and are not a substitute for a doctor.

c) Disclaimer regarding manufacturer status. Our scientific community and its members are not manufacturers, developers, sellers, certifying bodies, or official representatives of any devices or tests we mention.

d) Disclaimer Regarding Equipment. In accordance with 21 CFR Part 820 (QMSR), promulgated by FDA pursuant to the authority granted under the FD&C Act, including 21 U.S.C. § 360j(f), manufacturers of medical devices subject to Part 820 are required to document, implement, and maintain a quality management system that complies with the applicable requirements of the QMSR. Failure to comply with the QMSR may be relevant to the classification of a device as adulterated under 21 U.S.C. § 351, while violations related to labeling, instructions for use, or claims may result in the device being classified as misbranded under 21 U.S.C. § 352; the introduction of an adulterated or misbranded device into interstate commerce is prohibited under 21 U.S.C. § 331.

We do not assume any liability "as a manufacturer" for the safety, accuracy, assembly, instructions, or marketing claims regarding the device’s properties. We make no guarantees regarding their effectiveness or suitability for any medical purposes.

Based on Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights – namely, the right to participate in scientific progress and to enjoy its benefits – and our inalienable right to establish our own independent educational institutions, we introduce the following approved principles of our activities into the public domain:

1. OPENING OF THE PHILOSOPHICAL AND EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL – THE SANCTUARY. We officially pronounce: our Department of Sonography is not a clinic and does not engage in unlicensed medical practice. We have created an educational sanctuary for those who have lost touch with their physical and spiritual nature. Just as people study astronomy by pointing telescopes at the sky to comprehend the macrocosm, we use ultrasound visualization devices to peer into the microcosm of our own body. We study anatomy not to make diagnoses, but for the sake of higher knowledge, bodily awareness, and an understanding of the laws of life.

2. LIVE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER – REFUSAL OF DEAD FORMATS. LIVE KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION – REJECTION OF DEAD FORMATS. True transmission of knowledge about the body does not tolerate deadening in digital format. We hereby officially announce our refusal of automated educational systems. In our Department of Sonography, there are no and never will be soulless, pre-recorded video courses on ultrasound visualization. Training takes place exclusively "by word of mouth" – through in-person meetings. When using online communication technologies, it is always a live, synchronous dialogue in real time, where true mentorship takes place in a safe and trusting environment.

3. FREE SCIENCE INSTEAD OF MEDICAL DICTATE – DISCLAIMER. We draw a strict legal line between free science and licensed medicine:

a) In our family line laboratory, the "doctor-patient" relationships are fundamentally absent;

b) Nothing in our materials, demonstrations, or discussions constitutes medical consultation;

c) We do not diagnose diseases, interpret clinical symptoms in specific people, or prescribe treatment. Demonstrations of publicly available diagnostic devices and ultrasound scanners are provided exclusively for educational purposes to study anatomy and physiology. In emergency situations, everyone is responsible themselves for calling for qualified help (911).

4. THE RIGHT TO ACCESS DATA AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. In accordance with international law and privacy regulations (including HIPAA), every individual has the absolute right to access their own medical information. We teach living man to exercise this right: to comprehend one's data and not be dependent on external interpreters. By entering our educational space, everyone assumes full personal responsibility for their decisions and the safe use of any self-control technologies.

5. COMPENSATION FOR PRIVATE TIME AND GIFT EXCHANGE. Any transfer or payment of funds to the Department of Sonography or its mentors that does not specify a specific commercial purpose is, by default and irrevocably, classified as a gift and compensation for private time spent on the advancement of science and the preservation of heritage. These funds do not constitute added value.

6. LEGAL FORCE AND ESTOPPEL. This notice is official and irrevocable. From the moment of its publication, any attempts by external agencies, corporations, or commissions (including the FDA, FTC, and state medical boards) to equate our philosophical and educational activity with illegal medical practice are hereby declared null and void, as our goals and boundaries are transparently declared. Natural birth into the flesh grants the Divine being the indisputable right to explore their physical vessel.

The highest governing body – the Council of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan.
