Proclamation of the Coat of Arms of the Laksha Clan
of the Veps Indigenous Tribal People.
In the name of life, dignity, and light, we, the Laksha Clan of the Veps Indigenous Tribal People, hereby adopt the coat of arms of the Laksha Clan of the Veps Indigenous Tribal People, and in raising its principal emblem, we plant a deciduous tree – the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge – a living and sturdy tree with a mighty and healthy trunk, a strong and branched root system, and a broad crown of leaves reaching upward. And may this tree be a symbol of our support and our path of goodness.
The roots of the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge lie in the earth, in the family line, in the spiritual rootedness of every member of the Laksha family-clan union in fidelity to the source, in the memory of the heart, in responsibility to ancestors and descendants. The trunk of the Tree of great leaves of knowledge lies in moral steadfastness, in the strength of spirit and body, in mental and physical health, in resilience in the face of trials, and in the ability to maintain clarity amidst storms. The crown of the Tree of great leaves of knowledge lies in the divine sense, in reverence for life, in the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty.
We proclaim the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge a symbol of broad and mature intellect, a symbol of the ability to comprehend the depths of man's life through the correct interpretation of dreams, in cultural studies and medicine, in art and pedagogy, in sociology and jurisprudence, in physics and chemistry, and in all other forms of knowledge that strengthen the living man in their freedom and reason. We honor and affirm divine, natural, cognitive, positive, and fiduciary rights, and all that makes man's life righteous, safe, and creative.
We exalt knowledge as the foundation of an independent existence: so that a man may live on the land of their choosing in a strong and peaceful home, in safety, in dignity, with all the necessary comforts of man's life, so that they may possess the skills to preserve and protect nature – the entire earth and its depths, the air and the water; so that they may preserve natural resources in purity and order, creating good for people and for future times. And as the special crown of this symbol, we place service to the science of the living man – research work in the fields of psychoanalysis and destiny analysis, medicine, anatomy, in art and pedagogy, in sociology and jurisprudence, in physics and chemistry, and in all other fields of knowledge that strengthen the living man being in their choices and professional development.
We unite the heavenly with the earthly: the crown of this Tree with its roots, and we remember unbreakably that this union is possible only when a man remains in genuine, devoted relationships with another man in love, respect, honesty, and responsibility.
Under the canopy of the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge, we place five sacred objects, so that each may be a sign of our path, our promises, and our service to one another.
The first object is an antique metal lantern with a glass window and a living flame inside. May it be a symbol of knowledge revealed by light, a symbol of Divine guidance, the search for and discovery of truth. Under this light, the House of Laksha moves toward truth, always remembering that true knowledge is born of reverence for God. It is also the light of man's love, serving as a guide for all living people and a testimony that love exists and is alive, and that every living man is endowed by birthright with the power to love another living man. May this power strengthen fidelity: so that a husband may be a faithful husband to his wife and children, and a wife may be a faithful wife to her husband and children; so that the family may be a stronghold, and the children a blessing from God.
The second item is an open ancient family genealogical book of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. May it be a banner of sovereign scripture, founded on the sacred knowledge of the Divine Laws and on the knowledge of all other forms of man rights for the benefit of people, nature, God, and a beautiful future for all people. For the word set upon the page becomes a testimony: it preserves memory, affirms justice, and transmits to the descendants of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan the Divine measure of man dignity.
The third item is a rolled-up parchment scroll, sealed with a wax seal. May it be a sign of the commitment and covenant of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan: that we, the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, pledge to treat one another and those around us with mutual respect, honesty, and love; to serve all people on planet Earth without harming any member of our family line or any member of other family lines; to live in harmony with nature, bringing goodness and diligence, creation and benefit, health, beauty, and love to all living people and all family lines. This scroll is our seal of responsibility for every dream we have, for every word we speak, for every deed we do.
The fourth object is a quill lying slightly tilted behind the scroll. May it be a symbol of the written testimony of our thoughts, the moral reflection on all that has been said and written, and the creative realization of our work in the form of documents, books, monographs, articles, dissertations, interpretations of dreams, postulates, letters, treatises, concepts, messages, appeals, lectures, reports, acts, charters, chronicles, statutes, and essays. May the pen symbolize the ability of all members of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan to affirm the truth not only with their words but also in writing, through relationships characterized by love, service, and responsibility.
The fifth element is the fish Or on the Veps coat of arms, symbolizing the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, whose lives have been intertwined with water for centuries: the lakes and rivers of the northern region, where fishing and fish-based cuisine were part of daily life and traditions. The Or highlights the value of this heritage and the dignity of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. The silver border symbolizes purity, clarity, and bright openness, while the eye Vert symbolizes a sign of inner strength and self-respect, the rare "regal" dignity of Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan. The fish, with its head pointing upward, is a symbol of aspiration and ascent, of movement from the earth and daily life toward light and the sky; a symbol of rebirth, of striving forward, and of the preservation of the culture, language, and memory of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan.
And let it be known: this union of objects embodies sound judgment, creation, and the application of moral and ethical principles; the ability to pass on good values to future generations for their benefit; the improvement and continuation of life in our world; and the creation of honest and genuine relationships with other living people. From the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge, roots extend north, east, south, and west. We call them the Great Roots of Knowledge, and their nature is peace and strength. And beneath the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge, every living man is granted a refuge: a place of protection, peace, and restoration, where dignity, life, and love are preserved and safeguarded.
The Coat of Arms of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan is enclosed in a circular frame Or with a double outline – inside it is a white field, upon which a motto is inscribed in letters Or along the upper semicircle. And, giving thanks for the love that still surrounds us, we unite our living hearts and send our warmest greetings and gratitude to God, remembering that everything necessary for a good life already exists here in our world. And in a circle, clockwise, from left to right, follows the inscription "the Laksha clan of the Veps people an indigenous and tribal people" – to manifest the moral and ethical motto of the coat of arms as the central guidepost of the fundamental values of man's life. And we know: all Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, will be granted happiness, prosperity, health, and well-being. For all members of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan live according to God's law and serve all living people, carrying out what God has commanded them to fulfill.
Before the Roots of the Tree, we place a shield divided into two fields – Azure and Gules – and edged with or. We establish the shield of the sovereign Laksha family line: with a gently rounded top and a pointed bottom, so that its form may embody stability and strength, knowledge and noble rigor, as well as responsibility for word and deed. And we decree: let the field Azure symbolize the loyalty, constancy, and spiritual depth of a living man, to form a reliable bond of honesty, truthfulness, and devotion to one another. The field Gules shall symbolize the willpower of a living man, from which valour, determination, and the ability to act in the service of one's family, family line, and all living people are born. And further we command: all fields of the shield shall be framed by a wide Or border. Let this border of the sovereign Laksha family line be a sign of the highest value of nobility and dignity of every member of the sovereign Laksha family line. Let the Or of the border emphasize and unite the inner colors of the coat of arms, affirming unity in diversity, and may it bestow upon every member of the Laksha family line the great principle: "do no harm." For all things are interconnected; and any disruption of harmony gives rise to a reciprocal process, which one must be able to recognize and regulate through truth and the recognition of one's own mistakes and weaknesses, and the rejection of pride and narcissism. And after such recognition, may the soul of the Laksha family line be purified of evil thoughts, and may the path of virtue always be open.
With gratitude, we accept God's gift – the key Or crowned with the flame of man's love for one another and faithfulness to God. The handle of the key Or is shaped like the letter "O," which stands for the first letter of the name of Olga, the female leader of the indigenous Laksha tribe, while the part of the key that fits into the lock takes the shape of the letter "E," symbolizing the name of Evgenii, the leader of the indigenous Laksha tribe. Thus, the key Or in the coat of arms is a symbol of entrusted power, opening doors only to those decisions that stand the test of love, conscience, and the fidelity of husband and wife to one another, and the promise to ask oneself questions as a law of internal verification and measure when choosing any path and any decision:
– Will our actions be pleasing to God?
– Will these actions be good for us?
– Will our actions be good for those in relationship with us?
The key Or in the coat of arms of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan, crowned with the eternal flame of knowledge, also symbolizes the sacred key to all doors, unlocking the gift of interpreting people's dreams: the gift of hearing the language of dreams, discerning warnings and blessings within it, and understanding the hidden meanings through which God speaks to people without intermediaries. Dream interpretation is the most important part of the life and work of the members of the indigenous Laksha family line, because it is precisely through the correct interpretation of dreams that all members of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan learn to make decisions and chart their life's path.
We crown the art of dream interpretation with a laurel wreath – a symbol of man dignity and nobility that inspires us to preserve our mental and physical health and clarity of mind: to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat wholesome food, protect the environment, and strengthen the body through exercise and practice.
At the Roots of the Tree of Great Leaves of Knowledge, we place a wide ribbon Vert, bordured Or, inscribed with letters Or: "House Laksha." May the Vert symbolize trust, combined with vigilant awareness, with the clear understanding that the life and well-being of every member of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan may depend on this vigilance. And may the Vert symbolize sincerity and openness to communication, as well as a readiness to listen attentively to every living man, to come to their aid if asked, and to foster the development of virtuous skills in helping one another in all matters and deeds. May the letters Or symbolize the purity of intentions and the law of just treatment: that every member of the Laksha family line treat others as they wish to be treated. At the same time, we command that the physical, psychological, mental, and emotional sovereignty of all members of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan be preserved and protected inviolably. And if anyone dares to violate this prohibition by engaging in aggression, violence, sabotage, slander, or gossip, then let such interaction cease: all communication with the violator shall be terminated, for there is no place in our home for destruction and turmoil.
And we bear witness: we did not wish to omit anything from what we have said. Nothing must be forgotten. Therefore, we grant every member of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan the right to pay homage to the emblem of the Veps indigenous tribal people of the Laksha clan with kind and solemn words, clear and noble thoughts, diligent and responsible deeds, confirmed by a dream and good intentions.
May there be truth in our words, care in our deeds, and love and mutual respect in our encounters with other living people.
May every living man have a place where they are heard, and may goodness multiply through man's actions. And so it shall be, for our thoughts are one for all time.
